If you are not doing the work yourself, you must hire a Michigan licensed contractor.
This contractor should pull the permits, making them liable for the project.

We are going to be upgrading our permit system to integrate with BS&A software. Due to the future upgrade, we are disabling the CLOUD PERMIT SYSTEM in the mean time so that the information is not lost. Paper applications are available and can be emailed to the inspector or administrator.
